A born career woman, Nikki founded Globe New Media Publishing in 2001 . Driven by her love of fashion, art and style, she launched Globe Magazine and operated international offices at the tender age of 26. Now in 2006, she brings her creation, OLA to the forefront of the industry. Her quest is one in which she brings her travels and business know how to the pages of OLA.
